Ruzian names what English cannot say. Every word is built from 23 sounds. Every sentence marks how you know what you claim. No hierarchy. No hidden rules. No masters.
FRONT: e, i
BACK: a, o, u
Vowels agree within a word.
kele — all front.
kalo — all back.
Never mixed. No exceptions.
No th. No clicks. No tones.
Every sound a child can babble.
Spelling is phonemic —
if you can say it, you can spell it.
No sound requires training that some speakers have and others don't. No clicks, no ejectives, no tones. If a child can babble it, it can be Ruzian. There is no prestige accent because there is almost no room for one to emerge.
Every statement marks how you know it. Direct experience, reported, inferred, assumed — you cannot make a claim in Ruzian without saying where it came from. The language makes bullshit grammatically visible.
No word for "master." No honorifics. No T-V distinction. No titles. A language that cannot say "lord" cannot easily build the sentence "obey your lord." This is not censorship — it is design.
Every long word must be segmentable into its parts. No hidden irregularities, no exceptions to memorize, no "correct" form that only the educated know. If the rule isn't visible on the surface, it isn't a rule.
No word may resemble a slur or loaded term in any language. Named for the first casualty — a candidate word killed at the gate. A constitutional blocking constraint, not a guideline.
Most languages begin with survival words: water, food, mother. Ruzian begins with charter words — the concepts the language exists to hold. The forms are not yet coined. The meanings are the promise.
Subject — Object — Verb. Always. Case is marked overtly. No gender, no honorifics. And every claim carries its source — you cannot speak in Ruzian without saying how you know.
I saw it. I was there. First-hand experience.
Someone told me. Sourced, but second-hand.
I figured it out from evidence. Reasoning, not witnessing.
I'm guessing. Labeled as such. No hiding.
A language where "trust me" is ungrammatical.
You must say why you should be trusted, every time.
A language needs speakers. Speakers need a place — even if the place is an idea first. Ruzuna is the nation that speaks Ruzian. Not yet on any map. But every nation started as someone saying "what if."
Ruzian. 23 sounds, 28 founding concepts, zero hierarchy. The first word belongs to the founder — not yet spoken.
Truth-seeking. Non-domination. Radical equality. Three principles, no exceptions, no amendments for convenience.
Unclaimed. An island would be nice. Until then, Ruzuna exists wherever two people speak Ruzian to each other.
